Homelab. A small 8U rack I run like production.
A small 8U rack at home that I run like production. Everything lives in git, backups get restored on purpose, and alerts mean something. Addresses and hostnames stay off this page.

Why run one. Three honest reasons.
It's where I practice the job. GitOps, backups, and alerting get tried here before I suggest them at work.
It breaks in useful ways. The git runner is flaky right now, and figuring out why teaches more than a tutorial.
This site will run on it. The repo ships a container and k3s manifests, so deploying is a pull and a make.
